Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for SafeBrowz Premium purchased on safebrowz.com. It is read together with our Terms & Conditions. SafeBrowz is operated by the SafeBrowz team; for any billing question contact info@safebrowz.com.

2. Free Plan

The SafeBrowz Free plan is free forever. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. We recommend using the Free plan to evaluate SafeBrowz before purchasing Premium.

3. Premium Pricing

  • SafeBrowz Premium costs $14.99 per year.
  • A website license key is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • On the browser extension (and the Telegram bot) one key activates on up to 3 devices. On the mobile app, one key activates 1 device. The extension and the app use separate activations, so an app device is not one of the 3 extension devices.
  • The current price is always shown on safebrowz.com before you pay.

4. Card Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment partner LemonSqueezy. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued after purchase. We recommend using the free plan to evaluate SafeBrowz before purchasing Premium.

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

Premium can also be paid with USDC on the Base chain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature: once USDC is sent and confirmed on-chain it cannot be charged back or refunded automatically. In exceptional cases a refund may be issued manually at our discretion to the original wallet address. Contact info@safebrowz.com with your transaction hash.

6. Cancellation

  • Website license: A SafeBrowz license bought on safebrowz.com is a one-year license that does not auto-renew. There is nothing to cancel; it simply expires at the end of the year unless you choose to renew.
  • Google Play subscription: If you buy Premium as an in-app subscription on Google Play, it auto-renews yearly. You can cancel anytime from Google Play → Subscriptions before the renewal date; your Premium access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy.

7. Refund Requests

Card payments are final and non-refundable (section 4). For a cryptocurrency payment in the exceptional circumstances described in section 5, email info@safebrowz.com with your transaction hash and wallet address. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
