1. Digital Product - No Physical Shipping
SafeBrowz is a digital software product (a browser extension, a mobile app, and a Premium license key). Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping or handling charges ever apply.
2. How You Receive SafeBrowz
- Browser extension: Install the free extension directly from the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, or Firefox Add-ons.
- Mobile app: Install SafeBrowz from Google Play.
- Premium license key (website purchase): Delivered instantly by email after a successful card payment, or after your USDC payment is confirmed on the Base chain. Enter the key in the extension or app to activate Premium. One key covers up to 3 devices on the browser extension (and Telegram), or 1 device on the mobile app.
- Premium via Google Play: If you purchase Premium as an in-app subscription, it activates automatically on your device - no key needed.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery is immediate, usually within a few minutes of payment. If you do not receive your license key, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact support@safebrowz.com and we will resend it.
4. No Shipping Fees
Because SafeBrowz is delivered electronically, there are no delivery, shipping, or handling fees at any time.
