By installing, accessing, or using the SafeBrowz browser extension ("Extension") or visiting our website at safebrowz.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
SafeBrowz is a browser extension that detects scams, phishing, and fraudulent websites in real time. The service is available as:
SafeBrowz Premium can be purchased through two payment methods:
For both methods:
Card payments: All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued after purchase. We recommend using the free plan to evaluate SafeBrowz before purchasing Premium.
Cryptocurrency payments: All blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. Once USDC is sent and confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, charged back, or refunded automatically. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued manually at our discretion to the original wallet address. Please contact safebrowz3@gmail.com for refund requests.
SafeBrowz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we continuously work to improve our detection accuracy:
In no event shall SafeBrowz, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to financial losses from scams or phishing attacks that were not detected.
Your use of SafeBrowz is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect personal data, browsing history, or credentials. Premium API calls are routed through our secure proxy server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
SafeBrowz uses the following third-party services for scam detection:
We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on the Base blockchain (Ethereum L2) and are subject to network conditions, gas fees, and blockchain finality.
SafeBrowz, including its code, design, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of its developers. All rights reserved. The community threat database (SafeBrowz-DB) is open-source and maintained separately.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our infrastructure.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
