1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the SafeBrowz browser extension ("Extension") or visiting our website at safebrowz.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SafeBrowz is a browser extension that detects scams, phishing, and fraudulent websites in real time. The service is available as:

  • Free Plan: Core scam and phishing protection at no cost, forever.
  • Premium Plan: Advanced protection including AI-powered brand detection, available via paid license key.

3. Premium License

SafeBrowz Premium can be purchased through two payment methods:

  • Card Payment: Processed through our payment partner LemonSqueezy.
  • Cryptocurrency Payment: Pay with USDC on Base chain (Ethereum L2). Wallet signature verification is required to prove ownership.

For both methods:

  • Each license key can be activated on up to 3 devices.
  • Licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • License keys are non-transferable.
  • Pricing is subject to change. Current price is displayed on safebrowz.com.

4. Refund Policy

Card payments: All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued after purchase. We recommend using the free plan to evaluate SafeBrowz before purchasing Premium.

Cryptocurrency payments: All blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. Once USDC is sent and confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, charged back, or refunded automatically. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued manually at our discretion to the original wallet address. Please contact safebrowz3@gmail.com for refund requests.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must not share, resell, or distribute your license key.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension.
  • You must not use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must not abuse our API endpoints (rate limits apply).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SafeBrowz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we continuously work to improve our detection accuracy:

  • We do not guarantee that all scams, phishing, or malicious websites will be detected.
  • We do not guarantee that all warnings are accurate (false positives may occur).
  • SafeBrowz is a supplementary tool and should not be your sole security measure.
  • Always exercise personal judgment when entering sensitive information online.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SafeBrowz, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to financial losses from scams or phishing attacks that were not detected.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of SafeBrowz is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect personal data, browsing history, or credentials. Premium API calls are routed through our secure proxy server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
